Basic Terms And Conditions*
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (here in after referred to as ”you”) with Company by J Nissi, referred to as “J Nissi”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the J Nissi website or mobile website (referred to as ”jnissi-stockholm.com”).
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on jnissi-stockholm.com at the time you place your order.
By using jnissi-stockholm.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
Ownership Of Rights*
Any use of jnissi-stockholm.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of J Nissi.
Delivery And Charges*
We are not responsible for any charges of duties received on delivery.
Sale Prices*
Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a product has been purchased at a set price, we are unable to apply future sale discounts or refunds to that product in the event of an exchange. Last chance items can be returned for an exchange only (final sale items will be noted in the details of the product page). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping
Excluding launch days, all orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched the same working day. Once dispatched your order should arrive within the approximate timescales:
Sweden: 1-3 Business Days
Other EU Locations: 3-5 Business Days
We are not responsible for any duties received upon delivery.
We are NOT responsible for any parcels claimed to be lost or stolen if marked DELIVERED by the carrier company.
Returns
We do not offer free returns. Meaning any return request, postage for the parcel to be returned will be paid by the customer. Return requests can only be accepted if request occurs within 5 days of when it was received.
To return an item it must be in the original condition it was sent in (Dust bags, Tags, and unworn). If the garment is received and perceived otherwise we will deny the return request and send it back to you.
The refunded amount will not include the initial shipping value you paid, as its money already spent to get the parcel to you. The Shipment fee on your parcel will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If an exchange is needed you have 5 days from when the item was received to request an exchange. Postage fee to get the item back to us will be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.
To exchange an item it must be in the original condition it was sent in (Dust bags, Tags, and unworn). If the garment is received and perceived otherwise we will deny the return request and send it back to you.
